Cancellation Policy
To ensure the respect of both guests and stylist, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled service will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost.
A 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply if an appointment is missed without prior notice.
